Skipping as a way to reduce stress

A lot of people is in the bad situation – they have to work all day long, days are full of stress, no time for exercising and relaxing. Wouldn’t be nice to connect useful with pleasant? Trust me, it’s possible thanks to the one thing – weighted skipping rope! 

 If you’ve been working hard on something, taking a short break to get away from it all is always a good idea. Taking a walk, playing with an animal or a baby, watching television, listening to calming music, taking a nap and exercising are all great ways to de-stress. Find out what helps you relax. Do not kill yourself at work, don’t be stressed by your superior and co-workers, just grab you weighted skipping rope and start a short workout. It should consist of 1 minute of warm-up : skip the rope slowly for one minute, then rest another minute and start the main phase. The main phase consists of a few minutes of high-intensity interval skipping, this is not just the perfect way how to stop thinking about work, but even the perfect way to finally lose ugly body fat. So, do 1 minute of maximal instensity skipping, then rest one minute. Repeat 4 to 6 times, that’s it! Nothing more, nothing less. You wouldn’t believe how relaxing should this short workout be! 

 It recommended to do this workout on a regular basis, 3 or 4 times a week should be sufficient to get rid of stress and calm down after long hours of working. Regular exercise promotes better blood flow to the brain. This helps it to not only function better but is also a great way to relax and get away from things. There are many unhealthy ways of releasing stress. These include kicking things, swearing, drinking alcohol, doing drugs, etc. These are all Band-Aid solutions and don’t relieve stress in the long run. By doing these, you are being in denial and not addressing the problem at its heart.
