The popular English language ski and snowboard website, www.SwissWinterSports.co.uk, has launched a Dutch language version of the site at www.SwissWinterSports.nl.
The new web site provides comprehensive Dutch language coverage of winter sports resorts in and around Switzerland. As well as the major destinations, many of the less well-known sites are included.

Populaire Ski en Snowboard website lanceert een Nederlandstalige versie
De populaire Engelstalige website www.SwissWinterSports.co.uk heeft een Nederlandstalige versie van de website gepubliceerd, genaamd www.SwissWinterSports.nl.
De website bevat uitgebreide beschrijvingen en impressies van wintersport resorts in en rondom Zwitserland. De site richt zich hierbij niet alleen op de grote en populaire bestemmingen, ook minder bekende plekjes staan op de site omschreven.
“Het idee achter de site is om mensen te helpen een vakantie te plannen die op maat gemaakt is” aldus Nic Oatridge, de oprichter van de website. “Zwitserland is van alle Alpenlanden de meest toegankelijke en flexibele. Vanuit Nederland is het goed haalbaar om op korte termijn een weekendje op de beste pistes van de wereld te organiseren, om een budget skivakantie met de familie te hebben of om een relaxte winter break in de bergen te plannen en deze site laat je de opties zien.”
De site is gebouwd met oog voor snelheid en gebruikersvriendelijkheid op elk platform. Voor elk resort zijn er pistekaarten, routebeschrijvingen met de auto of openbaar vervoer, weerberichten, staat van het resort en tips voor verblijf, activiteiten en bezienswaardigheden. Daarnaast staan er ook een aantal Duitse en Oostenrijkse resorts die makkelijk bereikbaar zijn vanuit Zwitserland op de site vermeld.
De site bevat ook de afstanden naar de resorts vanuit Nederland. Op SwissWinterSports.nl is alle content door professionele vertalers vertaald naar het Nederlands en is de inhoud gericht op bezoekers uit Nederland of Nederlands sprekenden in of in de buurt van Switzerland.

Popular Ski and Snowboard website launches Dutch language version

The popular English language ski and snowboard website, www.SwissWinterSports.co.uk, has launched a Dutch language version of the site at www.SwissWinterSports.nl.
The new web site provides comprehensive Dutch language coverage of winter sports resorts in and around Switzerland. As well as the major destinations, many of the less well-known sites are included.

The site has been designed to be quick and usable on any platform. For each resort, there are piste maps, directions by road or public transport, weather reports, resort conditions and tips on where to stay, what to do and where to go. In addition to comprehensive coverage of Swiss resorts, some resorts in Germany and Austria that are easy to get to from the Netherlands are included.
For the Dutch version of the site, the content has been professionally translated into Dutch, has distances from the Netherlands to each resort and content specifically aimed for visitors from the Netherlands or for Dutch-speakers located in or near Switzerland.
