Insignia Creative takes on new staff

Business is booming for Torquay’s Insignia Creative that has taken on three new staff members in less than six months.
The marketing company, which specialises in web and graphic design, has taken on a raft of new clients including the Riviera English School, Haddon Galleries of Torquay and Gravity House, part of Fun4U Sports.
“We have been exceptionally busy over the last six months,” explained Insignia Creative MD Richard Netherclift.
“We’ve taken on more than a dozen new clients and have continued to work with our existing clients including developing their websites, helping them with their Google Adwords accounts and carrying out graphic design and print work.
“It’s been a very exciting period for us and we’ve had to take on several new staff to cope with demand.”
The new staff are Bill Begley who joined the company as a new creative after tutoring graphics at Southampton College, Simona Kostova who joined as an apprentice creative and Ian Forster who joined as a WordPress developer and web creative.
“As a company we’re keen to encourage young talent so we’re especially pleased to take on Simona as an apprentice and look forward to helping her develop her career.
“It is important that companies do take on apprentices and do their bit to employ youngsters and help them gain experience.”
Work carried out by Insignia Creative over the last few months has included a range of projects such as an online booking site for Torquay based exhibition and electrical company Havills, a new website for Torbay based electrical company Passive Electrical and for Paignton’s Children’s Week plus graphic design work for Crediton based heritage Lotus dealer SJ Sportscars and Chulmleigh Academy Trust together with ongoing work for Torquay based Pet Remedy and Noel Edmonds.
